How do I return my order?
- Enter your order number and email address or phone number. Then, select start your return.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- When you’ve completed the return process, you’ll receive an email. This confirms your return has been approved and outlines how to post it.
Am I able to return my order?
- You can return your items within 60 days of receiving them.
- If the item is unwanted the returns must be in its original resalable condition.
- Any faulty items we will need you to contact us through our email provided below.
- Any damaged items we will need you to contact us on through email with images within 48 hours of receiving the item. Email provided below.

When will my return be processed?
- Once we have received your return, it will be inspected by our returns team who will check all parts for unwanted items.
- Faulty items will be tested by our team, if the item is to be found in good working order this will be returned back to you and if the item is faulty we will either repair or replace the item.
- If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days if applicatable.
Do I have to pay for my return?
- You will not be charged any additional cost for making a return.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us. Use a tracked service where possible.
- If the item is damaged or faulty you will not be required to pay for the return if the order is with in the first 30 days but will need to contact us on sales@aquacadabra.com for us to provide a free postage label.
