Collection: Cooling Fans
View per page
Aquarium cooling fans are a cost effective method of reducing the temperature of your aquarium in the warmer months of the year. They are directed at the fish tank's water surface where they increase evaporation, reducing the temperature of the water. Cooling fans offer a cheaper solution when compared to a refrigerated cooler, however by increasing water evaporation you'll need to keep topping up your aquarium more regularly, and you'll also need to manually switch off the fan when you've reached the required aquarium temperature - if not your heater might start!
