Pallet Delivery Information

The largest items that we stock, such as aquariums over 100 Litres and some of the larger pond filters, cannot be sent by our usual couriers and must be sent on a palletised delivery.

When purchasing a 'pallet' product from us, please ensure you leave a contact telephone number as we will call you to arrange the delivery date.

Our pallet couriers cannot specify a time of day that your delivery will reach you, so you will need somebody at home all day to receive it. Only a kerbside delivery is offered, the delivery drivers will get the pallet off their truck but cannot help carry it into your property. Depending on the size of the tank or other product, we may advise that you have friends or neighbours standing by to help you carry it indoors. Some of the aquariums we stock are very heavy and cumbersome and as such will need two or more people to carry.

Please also note that pallet deliveries can only be arranged for Monday - Friday.

You will receive an automated email following your purchase saying that your order has been dispatched, but please await our call before arranging any time off work or making plans to receive the delivery. Our customer service team will explain the process and arrange with you a suitable delivery date.

Please note if any smaller items have been ordered with the main Aquarium these will leave on a Royalmail/Courier service. These items will have a valid tracking number which will be emailed to you.

Please be aware that once we have arranged a delivery date over the phone, there is a fee for cancellation.
