Please note: It is inevitable that some thawing will take place in transit: simply place them in your freezer as soon as you receive them and they’ll be fine to feed to your fish as soon as they’re frozen again.

These are sent out on a 24-hour Royal Mail service, please ensure somebody will be present to take receipt and put these in the freezer on arrival!
