Delivery Information

Frozen foods can experience minor thawing during delivery — this is completely normal and does not affect quality or safety. Simply place the pack straight into your freezer on arrival. Once refrozen, the Mysis is ready to feed as usual. Gamma irradiation means there is no bacterial risk from the thaw-refreeze cycle.
