AquaEl Glossy 80 Aquarium – High Gloss Grey

The AquaEl Glossy 80 Aquarium combines elegant, modern design with innovative construction to create a stunning display for any home or office. Finished in a sophisticated high-gloss grey, this premium aquarium features a sleek frameless appearance with no visible external trims, delivering a seamless glass look from top to bottom.

Unlike traditional aquariums, the upper and lower frames are bonded inside the tank, creating clean, uninterrupted glass panels that enhance the overall aesthetic. The aquarium also features a brace-free design, providing unrestricted access for aquascaping, maintenance and cleaning. Instead of a conventional cross brace, the tank incorporates a reinforced double-glass upper edge with concealed silicone, ensuring lasting strength without the risk of plastic trims fading over time.

Lighting is provided by two AquaEl Leddy Sunny 14W D&N LED tubes, offering Day, Dawn and Night lighting modes to recreate natural lighting conditions for your aquarium. The included lighting is bright enough for a wide range of freshwater plants, including many moderately demanding species. For heavily planted aquariums using CO₂ injection or high-light plants, additional compatible AquaEl Leddy 14W LED tubes can be fitted to the existing mounting rail.

The Glossy 80 is designed to pair perfectly with the matching AquaEl Glossy high-gloss cabinet (sold separately) for a coordinated, contemporary aquarium setup.

For optimum filtration, AquaEl recommends pairing the aquarium with either the AquaEl Ultramax 1000 External Filter or the JBL CristalProfi e902 Greenline External Filter. If an external filter is not required, the AquaEl Turbo 500 Internal Filter is an excellent alternative.
