Effective Internal Aquarium Filtration

The Oase BioPlus Thermo 100 provides mechanical and biological filtration to help maintain suitable aquarium water conditions.

As water passes through the filter media, suspended dirt and debris are captured while the biological filtration surfaces provide an environment for beneficial bacteria to colonise.

These beneficial bacteria support the natural aquarium nitrogen cycle, helping convert harmful ammonia and nitrite into less harmful nitrate.

Integrated Aquarium Heating

The BioPlus Thermo range is designed to accommodate a compatible aquarium heater within the filter assembly.

This provides a convenient way to combine heating and filtration while maintaining a cleaner aquarium appearance.

The integrated design also allows heated water to circulate through the aquarium as the filter operates.

Please Note: As this is a previously used item, please check the listing photographs to confirm the heating components supplied.

Compact & Practical Design

The Oase BioPlus Thermo 100 is designed for internal aquarium installation, providing effective filtration within a compact unit.

Its space-saving design makes it suitable for aquarium keepers looking to combine essential equipment while maintaining a tidy underwater display.

Supports Aquarium Water Quality

Regular aquarium filtration helps remove suspended debris and supports the biological processes required for a healthy aquatic environment.

The BioPlus Thermo 100 provides a practical combination of mechanical filtration, biological filtration and water circulation.

For best results, maintain the filter media according to the manufacturer's instructions and carry out regular aquarium water changes.

Ideal for Routine Aquarium Maintenance

The filter is designed to allow access to the filtration media for routine cleaning and replacement.

Regular maintenance helps maintain effective water flow and supports the continued performance of the filtration system.

When cleaning biological media, use water removed from the aquarium rather than untreated tap water to help preserve beneficial bacteria.
