Genuine Ciano replacement filter media packs designed to make routine aquarium maintenance simple and convenient.

The Ciano 3 Months Filtration Packs contain a selection of replacement filtration media designed to help maintain clean, clear and healthy aquarium water. With different sizes available for compatible Ciano filters, you can select the pack that matches your aquarium filtration system.

Each pack combines chemical, biological and mechanical filtration media to help remove unwanted substances, support beneficial bacteria and trap particles and organic waste from the aquarium water.

Compatible Filters: Ciano CF20, CF40, CF Stone 40, Magi 200 and SuperClean 40 models purchased before the end of 2014.

Designed for compatible medium-sized Ciano filtration systems.

About the Ciano Filter Media

Water Clear & Protection: Chemical filter media designed to help remove unwanted substances, reduce unpleasant odours and maintain clear aquarium water. It may also help control conditions that encourage algae growth.

Water Bio-Bact: Biological filter media designed to increase biological filtration capacity by providing a surface for beneficial bacteria to colonise.

Water Foam: Mechanical filter media designed to trap suspended particles and organic debris from aquarium water.

Water Pads: Fine mechanical filtration media designed to help capture smaller particles and improve water clarity.

Recommended Replacement Intervals

• Clear & Protection Cartridge: Replace approximately every 30 days.
• Bio-Bact Cartridge: Replace approximately every 140 days.
• Water Foam: Replace approximately every 90 days.

Important Information

When using fish disease or algae treatments, some chemical filtration cartridges may need to be removed for the duration of the treatment. Chemical media can reduce the effectiveness of certain treatments by absorbing active ingredients.

Please check your Ciano filter model and cartridge size carefully before purchasing.
