Effective Fine Mechanical Filtration

The Aquacadabra Poly Floss Filter Pads are designed to capture fine suspended particles as aquarium water passes through the external filtration system.

These particles can include fish waste, uneaten food, fine dirt and other organic debris.

By trapping smaller particles, the poly floss media helps improve aquarium water clarity and supports the performance of the existing filtration system.

Maintain Cleaner Aquarium Water

Fine filter media plays an important role in removing small suspended particles that may pass through coarser mechanical filtration stages.

Regular replacement of worn or heavily soiled poly floss pads helps maintain effective water circulation and filtration performance.

These pads provide a convenient solution for keeping your existing Eheim external filter operating efficiently.

Cost-Effective Aquarium Filter Maintenance

Replacing fine filter media regularly helps maintain water clarity without needing to replace the complete external filter.

These Aquacadabra compatible replacement pads offer an affordable alternative to original Eheim filter media.

The larger pack quantities are particularly useful for aquarium keepers managing multiple filters or requiring regular media replacements.

Replacement Instructions:

1. Disconnect the external aquarium filter from the electrical supply.
2. Close the appropriate hose valves and open the filter according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Remove the existing fine poly floss pad.
4. Inspect the filter chamber and other filtration media.
5. Install the correct replacement poly floss pad for your filter model.
6. Reassemble the external filter according to the manufacturer's instructions.
7. Restart the filter and check that water circulation is operating correctly.

Important: Fine poly floss pads should be replaced when heavily soiled or no longer effective. Avoid replacing all established biological filtration media at the same time.
