A double-layered glass base allows for simple installation of a heat mat (sold separately), while an insulating layer of polystyrene below the glass base ensures efficient heat projection within the Terrainium. This layer should not be removed. For guidance on heat mat placement, please refer to our instructional video.

With a large vent at the back and additional vents on both sides, the Terrainium promotes effective air circulation. The hinged lid opens from the top and stays open for easy access during cleaning and maintenance.

Storage and Shipping:

HabiStat Terrainiums are flat-packed for convenience, making them easier to store and transport, while also reducing home delivery costs.
