How Much JBL Manado Do I Need?

For an approximate 5cm substrate depth, use the following calculation:

Aquarium Length (cm) x Aquarium Width (cm) ÷ 200 = Litres of JBL Manado Required

For example, an aquarium measuring 80cm x 30cm would require approximately 12 litres of Manado to create a substrate depth of around 5cm.

Create a Natural Planted Aquarium

The dark colour of JBL Manado Dark provides an attractive foundation for aquascaping and helps create striking contrast with green plants, colourful fish, rocks and wood.

Its porous structure provides an environment that supports plant roots and beneficial microorganisms, making it an excellent choice for establishing and maintaining a planted freshwater aquarium.
