Nature's Solution to Pond Algae

Kockney Koi Yamitsu Water Wurzel provides a natural approach to managing algae within garden ponds.

As barley straw gradually decomposes in oxygenated pond water, naturally occurring processes can help inhibit the development of certain algae.

This makes barley straw a popular choice for pond keepers looking to manage blanketweed and green water using a natural pond maintenance method.

Results can vary depending on pond conditions, water temperature, sunlight, nutrient levels and filtration.

Helps Control Blanketweed & Green Water

Blanketweed is a common problem in garden ponds, often forming long green strands that spread across pond surfaces, plants and water features.

Green water occurs when suspended algae multiply within the pond, reducing water clarity.

Water Wurzel Barley Straw is designed to help discourage unwanted algae development and support a more attractive pond environment.
