Oase Hel-X 13 is a highly advanced biological filter media as used in the Oase BioMaster External Aquarium Filter range. Oase Hel-x. Hel-X 13 Biomedia has been redeveloped by Oase engineers to further increase its biological settlement surface area. This increase is 13% more in comparison to the preceding Oase Hel-X Biomedia. Hence the fresh name Hel-X 13.

The Hel-X 13 comes in a super handy net bag for quick and easy maintenance.

The Hel-x 13 advanced biomedia structure is designed into helical geometry which consists of individual housing to allow beneficial aerobic bacteria to settle and breed inside to rapidly break down food and fish waste. The Hel-X 13 has High total settlement surface area of 955 m²/m³ and a total protected settlement surface of 806 m²/m³ which helps promote plenty of aerobic bacteria. This helps sustain a much healthier and clearer environment for your fish.
