Compact & Versatile Design

The unit is manufactured from impact-resistant translucent polycarbonate and features opposing inlet and outlet connections for convenient installation.

A 90-degree pivoting clear elbow provides greater flexibility when positioning hoses, while the supplied four-stage hosetails accommodate flexible hose sizes from approximately 12mm to 32mm.

The hosetails are secured using screw-on collars, allowing them to be easily removed when routine servicing or maintenance is required.

UV Lamp Maintenance

The UV lamp has an expected usable life of approximately 8,000 hours. Although the lamp may continue to illuminate after this period, its effective UVC output gradually decreases over time.

For typical home aquarium applications, replacement of the UV lamp is generally recommended approximately once per year. More demanding applications may require more frequent replacement.
